- Creating deepfakes that make someone appear to say or do things they didn't
- Using another person's face in adult content
- Creating content intended to defame or damage someone's reputation
How to get proper consent
- Explain the purpose of the face-swap clearly (what project, where it will be published)
- Show them an example of the expected result if possible
- Get written consent — an email confirmation or short contract is sufficient
- Give them the right to review the content before you publish
- Keep proof of consent on file
