1. What we collect

Klypio processes the video URL you submit and a hashed technical identifier to complete requests, enforce rate limits, and protect the service. URLs are not retained after processing. If you have an account, Klypio manages your email and login session directly. The payment provider processes payment data directly when you choose a paid plan.

2. How we use it

Data is used to process downloads, operate accounts, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell data or use analytics data for advertising. Download jobs and temporary files are automatically deleted within 1 hour.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you actively agree. Google may then set _ga* cookies and receive page paths, device type, video platform, and product-use milestones without video URLs, search content, or account details. Event data is retained for up to 14 months.

4. Third-party services

Klypio manages authentication directly, uses consented Google Analytics for measurement, and uses SePay for bank-transfer reconciliation. When downloading content, the server contacts the source platform you request. Each provider's privacy policy applies to the data it processes directly.

5. Your rights

You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the button above. Withdrawal stops future collection but cannot erase data already sent. To access, correct, or delete account data, email [email protected].

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
