Many Vietnamese shop owners use Sapo for POS and order management, including its livestream integration via Facebook and TikTok. After a 2-3 hour live session, you want the recording to:
- Review how staff answered customer questions
- Clip the best moments for Reels or short-form reposts
- Analyze when order spikes happened during the session
- Use as training material for new staff
Where Does the Sapo Livestream Recording Live?
Sapo's livestream runs through Facebook Live or TikTok Live. The recording isn't stored in Sapo — it lives on whichever platform you broadcast from.
How to Download the Recording
If You Streamed via Facebook
- Go to your shop's Facebook page → Videos tab
- Find the completed live video → open it
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
- Open klypio.com/tools/facebook-video-downloader
- Paste the link → download — the MP4 saves to your device
If You Streamed via TikTok
TikTok Live doesn't automatically save recordings to your profile. Options:
- Use OBS screen recording during the live session
- Enable "Save live replay" in TikTok Studio settings (if your account qualifies)
- If a TikTok Live video URL is available: use klypio.com/tools/tiktok-downloader
Name Files for Easy Analysis
Include date and session result in the filename:
live-facebook-03-05-2026-520-orders.mp4live-tiktok-27-04-2026-30pct-sale.mp4
Use a player with a timeline (like VLC) to jump to the moments when the comment section got busy — that's usually when order spikes happened.
