1. Acceptance

By using Klypio (the Telegram bot, web app, Chrome extension, or desktop app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

Klypio is a tool for downloading video content you have the right to download. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and copyright regulations in your jurisdiction. Klypio does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content — it processes your download request and delivers the file directly to you.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use Klypio to download content for redistribution, commercial resale, or any purpose that violates the source platform's terms of service. Automated scraping of the Klypio web API without a Pro license is prohibited.

4. Pro license

Pro licenses are non-transferable. One license may be used across all four Klypio surfaces (bot, web, extension, desktop) by a single user. Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in key revocation without refund.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for Pro licenses if the service does not work as described. Contact [email protected] with your order details.

6. Limitation of liability

Klypio is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for content you download, platform changes that affect functionality, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

7. Changes to service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not reduce Pro features mid-subscription without offering a proportional refund.
