Important Note Before You Start
TikTok's analytics export feature only applies to your own account — your own videos and follower data. TikTok does not provide competitor account analytics through this export feature.
If you want to see metrics from other accounts or do market research, that's a different tool (TikTok Creator Marketplace or third-party platforms). This guide focuses 100% on your own account data.
How to Export Your TikTok Analytics
Step 1 — Switch to a Creator or Business Account
Detailed analytics are only available on Creator or Business accounts. If you're on a regular personal account, go to Settings → Manage Account → Switch to Creator Account — it's free.
Step 2 — Open TikTok Studio on Desktop
- Open your browser and go to studio.tiktok.com
- Sign in with your account
- Select Analytics from the left menu
Step 3 — Choose Date Range and Export
- In the Overview or Content tab, choose your date range (7, 28, 60 days, or custom)
- Find the Export data button (usually top-right corner)
- Choose data type: Overview, Content, or Followers
- Download the .xlsx or .csv file

Once you have the CSV/Excel file, you can:
