Free — no paid plan needed. TikTok Creator Analytics surfaces a lot of useful data: views, new followers, trending videos. When you need to export it for reports or track trends over time, there is no obvious button. Here are the two methods that work.
Method 1: Export CSV from TikTok Studio
- Go to TikTok Studio (studio.tiktok.com) — not the mobile app
- Navigate to Analytics and select your date range
- Look for the Export Data button in the upper-right corner — it may appear as a download icon
- TikTok exports a CSV file with views, engagement, and per-video performance data
Note: The Export button is only available on TikTok Studio web. Some smaller accounts do not see it yet — TikTok is rolling this out gradually by region.
Method 2: Screenshot the Chart
If Export is not available for your account:
- Open Analytics on TikTok Studio web
- Set your date range
- Use your OS screenshot tool (Snipping Tool on Windows, Cmd+Shift+4 on Mac)
- Save as PNG with a clear filename (e.g., tiktok-analytics-may-2026.png)
