- YouTube Analytics → Audience tab: Age, gender, when they watch
- Comment section: Read comments, note how viewers describe their problems in their own words
- Ask directly: Instagram/TikTok polls, ask in videos "What's your biggest challenge with [topic]?"
- Study smaller channels in your niche: Their comment sections reveal what the audience is asking

- Before writing a script, re-read the persona once
- For video titles: "Would this person click? Does this solve their problem?"
- First 15 seconds: address the persona's problem directly, no warm-up filler
- Use their language — not yours
