Zalo is Vietnam's leading messaging platform with over 74 million users. Its Zalo Story feature (video status) is widely used — but stories delete after 24 hours and there's no viewer-facing save option.
Saving Zalo Stories from Other Users
Zalo doesn't provide a built-in way to save others' stories. Practical options:

Simplest approach: use your phone's screen recorder while watching the story. Quality will be lower than the source video, but works fine for personal reference.

Recovering Videos You Posted to Zalo
If the video is yours — posted to your story or sent in chat — you can go to Zalo Album (under your Profile) to re-download your original high-quality file to your phone.
Does Zalo Notify When You Screenshot?
No — unlike Snapchat, Zalo doesn't send notifications when you screenshot someone's story. That said, respect the privacy of whoever posted the content.
